90% occupancy rate that Monroe county is legally bound to uphold under contract to a private wall street corporation means that those who once "Protected & Served" must now produce prisoners. How is this not a serious conflict of interest to a police officer. Terrible moral issue to put a public servant under.  An Officer cant do anything till violence etc. happens. so if they defuse the situation, there will be no inmate and no victim injury,but once a crime actually happens , then an officer actually takes action. So my questions is where does "protect and serve" fit into the new contracted agenda ?

about 5 years ago Dianne Lilly and I rescued this dog right on the freeway in Texas, near death and back legs didn't work. two vets said puppy mill dog, wont make it long just put it down. She was that bad. Dianne s determination and love ...instantly picked up Emmie s (now named) spirits. and even on 2 legs accomplished anything she needed to do, soon her legs started working again and joined in on all the fun as you can see. so much personality, before I thought weiner dogs were mean by nature or something. We already had 2 dogs, which both passed over the rainbow bridge and Emmie is alive today and instantly puts a smile on my face thinking about this dogs loving personality. How not to do business - A company is responsible for their employees PERIOD. I think you will agree. about a year ago, I ordered delivery the Old Grumpy guy who never once smiled in the 13 years I have ordered from them over charged me $2.00 because the staple was right on the total. he told me $14.00 should have been $11.00, after re thinking it I called and told them, merely expecting a credit on next order. Lady on the phone said that's between you and the driver, I reminded her the driver is her employee and she repeated sorry that's between you and the driver. I made it clear after 13 years of steady business I would be finished with CG if she did nothing she repeated the same line. I hung up and ordered from Tongs the same order was a lot better and driver always smiles bigger than pac man. In all fairness I had years of good service from CG but they dropped the ball at the end. Anyone else have similar experience, share it
