How $3.00 cost China Garden Key West $1000. in business and lost a 13 year faithful customer
How not to do business - A company is responsible for their employees PERIOD. I think you will agree. about a year ago, I ordered delivery the Old Grumpy guy who never once smiled in the 13 years I have ordered from them over charged me $2.00 because the staple was right on the total. he told me $14.00 should have been $11.00, after re thinking it I called and told them, merely expecting a credit on next order. Lady on the phone said that's between you and the driver, I reminded her the driver is her employee and she repeated sorry that's between you and the driver. I made it clear after 13 years of steady business I would be finished with CG if she did nothing she repeated the same line. I hung up and ordered from Tongs the same order was a lot better and driver always smiles bigger than pac man. In all fairness I had years of good service from CG but they dropped the ball at the end. Anyone else have similar experience, share it

It seems hit or miss with all the chinese places locally. I like the people better at Tongs, but usually prefer the food of China Garden Downtown. Also with China Garden Downtown, they carry the credit machines with them to swipe and I don't have to give my credit card information over the phone.
ReplyDeleteThe food quality has dropped some at China Garden Downtown and find myself ordering more from Thai Island.
I found this rambling completely incoherent & by the way - If the bill was $ 11 & they charged you $ 14 - that's $ 3. Put down the reefer please before blogging.
